it's called teh "Tilt-Shift" effect. Look it up on google on how to create. There's a website that can automatically turns your photos into tilt-shift that's pretty cool
Just FYI, This is NOT actual tilt shift. It's just a blur added to the top half and lower half of the frame. While it's still really really cool, it'd look a LOT cooler if it were actual tilt shift.
Anyone can do this with a well placed blur on your time lapse video.
