Hey, what kind of grass cuting in video ?
it looks like some sort of unmature grain, maybe barley, wheat ore triticale that they cut GREEN to use as silage-haylage..
it has more nutrients as feed, than if you wait until it mature and turn in to yellow straw-where you could combine it to harvest grain-straw
I think is pasture mate.
Possibly the species are Lollium, Festuca, Poa etc. For sillage the most probably it would be chopped right after mowing.

If the purpose of the collectors is to completely inhibit drydown, then mission accomplished. There is no way that stuff will wilt to the ideal 60-65% moisture piled up in such thick swaths. The underside of those windrows will practically begin composting in a few hours. For maximum nutrient retention (specifically sugars and starches) they need to swath the cut crop as wide as possible for rapid drydown; like this, the plants will continue respiration for many hours, and burn up all those valuable carbs in the process. Such a waste.

Какой же ты рассудительноумный!!! Можно подумать Бог дал западу ровные земли специально, елки зеленые!!!
К примеру в моей земле, где я живу , Германии, поля ужасные!! Мало того бугор, да яма , еще поля не плодородные, глиняно-- рыжие! К тому же еще всё поле засыпано в камнях, даже больших, как будто кто- то рассыпал . Столетиями немцы горбячат, не покладая рук , камни с полей собирают и до сих пор так же!!! Камни собирают в большую кучу , а потом люди берут для мелкого строительства . С каждым годом камней на полях всё больше и больше!!! По крайней мере мне так сказал фермер, так как техника развивается и плуг делают мощнее и он глубже пашет землю , следовательно, вытаскивает на поверхность земли большие камни !!! Есть такая русская народная поговорка, -- в чужих руках длиннее и толще "" , иначе не объяснить твою хитроумную отговорку.
у нас в Забайкалье тоже не чернозём и травы у нас косят не сеенные,а естественые.
