- Mais 2021 : Loonbedrijf X.Schoonbroodt is vandaag bezig met de mais te hakselen en deze te verwerken tot maisbalen. Deze balen worden gemaakt door een LT Master van GOWEIL. Via een stortbak en een transportband wordt de mais in een ronde baal geperst en met folie bij elkaar gehouden. Achter de machine staat een wikkelaar die de maisbaal verpakt. Deze GÖWEIL wordt aangedreven door een Fendt 828. Gehakseld wordt er vandaag met een Krone BIG X 630 en een 10 rijer. Het transport wordt verzorgd door een Fendt 930 gen6 met een Joskin Silo-space en een Fendt 933 eveneens met een Joskin Silo-space.
Mais 2021 : Lohnunternehmen X.Schoonbroodt ist heute beschäftigt mit mais häckseln und diese zu verarbeiten in rundballen. Diese Rundballen werden gemacht durch ein LT Master von GÖWEIL. Durch ein annahmebunker und ein Förderband wird den mais in rundballen gepresst und durch Folie zusammengehalten. Hinten dran steht ein verpacker der die ballen verpackt im schwarzen folie. Der GÖWEILER wird angetrieben durch ein Fendt 828. Heute wird gehäckselt mit ein Krone BIG X 630 mit ein zehn reihen gebiss. Transport wird gemacht durch ein Fendt 930 gen6 mit ein Joksin Silo-space und ein Fendt 933 auch mit Joskin Silo-space.
Maize Corn 2021 : Contractor X.Schoonbroodt is harvesting, baling and wraping the corn silage on this sunny day. The bales are made by a LT Master from GÖWEILER. Through a hopper and a conveyor belt the silage is moved to the press section and pressed into a round bale, lined with plastic. Behind the press there is a wrapper, which wraps the bale in black plastic. This GÖWEILER is powered by a Fendt 828. The corn is chopped by a Krone BIG X 630 with 10 row cutter. For the tramsport we see a Fendt 930 Gen6 with a Joskin Silo-Space and a Fendt 933 also with a Joskin Silo-Space. - Авто та транспорт

Horses can’t have any mold. Any horse owners are usually picky what they feed them.

How many acres of corn are being cut for silage? How many bales are wrapped? What is done with the wrapped bales; feed for your cattle? sale to feed mills? How much does one bale sell for?

@@Watterpolo Or Maize as it’s called in Europe 😉 unlike the US,Maize is expensive to grow but grass is cheap. So housed dairy cows for instance will have mostly grass silage with a bit of maize content. The bales work well as you. An add a bale to a diet feeder during mixing.

What's the reasoning behind individually wrapped silage bales especially on a large scale? It looks like the slowest, most inefficient, and most plastic using way you could possible do this.
This is maize fodder not grass silage, it’s baled for convenience and less storage space is needed compared to pit maize
damn, i never even thought of doing silage this way in farming sim 2022.
I'm gonna try it now. Thanks to the real farmers showing time savers :)
Fill the trailer, bring it to a conveyer that loads an open bailer&wrapper, move bails with fork or frontloader a few metres and stack......
So much more efficient than dropping the silage in rows on the field, having a bailer pick it up and bail and wrap then drop it on the field & then send a trailer over to pick up the wrapped bails....
This way will save me tons of time :)
I don't think the fs22 balers will do chaff, only grass.

We use only this system since years as the daily amount of Mais is low we need and we need no storage this way and the quality is always perfect……
If you have loe amounts it makes sens but in this video they cut tones of corne so for me is the question how this is cost effective at all . Your mashiens basicly stand idel most the time

@@xythiera7255 Dann ist es auch kein Wunder, dass das nur so wenige machen. Denn wenn es wirklich so viele Vorteile hätte, würde man dieses Verfahren ja auch häufiger antreffen.
Das abladen dauert doch viel zu lange und warum hat die Presse kein eigenen Antrieb, würde man einen Schlepper einsparen.
