Many a fellow DJ have tried to sell me on giving up my 850 and 900s for an all in one setup. Your explanation is spot on as far as wanting to be as close to club standard feel as you can do at home. Awesome setup man. Reminds me a bit of my own. Cheers!

Good video for people who have never djed. Also Why are your speakers so close together and different heights ? You will get a much better sound with some better placement. All the best

Hi Josh no mention of the sound quality of the taula . I replaced a xone62 which is a superb sounding mixer with a mastersounds 4v , the phono inputs make vinyl sound so good , the summing of the mix bus is also far superior. I hate mixing on pioneer now it sounds like junk .

A friend of mine has the Rane, and for parties when it's dark and busy, it's not that fun to use. All the knobs are almost identical in size (filter, eq, volume etc) and are alined so symmetrically that it's easy to forget which is which. I almost pulled the trigger on the Taula but figured I rather buy records with that money hehe. I'm still starting out and so that makes more sense for me. But the taula looks like it has an intuitive setup for a rotary mixer with nice set of features and good price tag.
I laughed on the ripping the channel part. It's so true. The more u drink the more u rip a channel fader, which doesn't sound really all that interesting if I was dancing.

How do you keep the Taula 4 clean from dust & grease from hands?

Great video josh! How do you rate the channel EQs on that rotary? Are they full kill and sound good?
