Think I prefer the way you put it though
Between this and the T37 I would pick the this little tank. Better camo, 10m more view range only a bit slower and the overall better gun (more accurate and higher pen but longer reload). But I'm not sure if I would pick it over the AMX 12 t: Having an autoloader with higher pen and even better camo is really nice. So I would say it's a tie between those two for the second best t6 light.
I remember I had a 3.6k damage in tier VIII with this tank few years ago, it was amazing (Don't tell anyone a Rhm was afk which explain my damages)...
I had a game like that, but it was back when tier 6 lights could meet tier 9s. Enemy tier 9 Russian Heavy and tier 8 Russian TD afk at the start of the battle and they left one flank open. I slaughtered all 3 artas and spent the rest of my ammo playing Farming Simulator. Easiest Ace Tanker ever. I didn't earn or deserve it, but I took it :)

I earned 2 marks on T21 when I was a light tank noob. Definitely an excellent vehicle, must try.
Holy moly, 3 Artas and 7! Lights on a corridor Map. How comes those matches happen that often. So many times i play with LT432 there are at least 2 other light tanks on city maps or corridor maps like that. They really need to improve Matchmaking

This is a great tier 6 light, it really is a poor man’s Type 64. This and the 59-16 are my favorite tier 6 lights. 59-16 is very underrated IMO.
No wrong. It's not a poor man's type 64. It has a notably better gun , power to weight ratio, traverse speed. While type 64 has 10m more view range and better top speed. Don't underestimate this gem this gem has the ability to make type 64 a smoking wreak.
Remember that in the first game, A KV2 COULD NOT ONESHOT ARTY...thanks WG

i high rolled one of these one time with a kv2 for 1000 dmg. so fun.
Why you lies? How you can high roll it for 1000 dmg when the tank has 670 hit points ?

Under rated, under played tank. It's a real sleeper with decent cammo, view range and DPM. Easiest to mark, because no one really plays it.
The type 64 is better, but the T21 is just fine by all means.
