- Unfortunately the traffic was too busy to reach topspeed for a longer time. In the end the E450 isn't a sports car but a great and powerful highspeed Autobahn cruiser.

Hi! Could you pls give me feedback abt your fuel consumption city/highway in normal driving sceranios...not these high autobahn speeds :) Do you have any problems with the myld hybrid system as I read abt problems even in low milage cars. Also could you pls advise if the Airmatic suspension is a must in regards of comfort driving over bad road surfaces?

first of all, sorry for the late answer. I was on holidays for a few days. Over a timespan of one year and 18.000 km, I had an average fuel consumption of approx 8,7l per 100km. I think this is pretty okay for such a big and powerful car. I didn't have any issues with the mild hybrid system. The only thing was, that you can hear the generator sometimes when recuperation is active. Not a problem, but you first have to get used to the sound it makes. Well, if you can afford it, I would highly recommend the Airmatic Suspension. It works amazing and is a differentiation to other cars in that segment. But even without the Airmatic, the E-Class is still a very comfortable car.
I see it has basic audio system. Is it good, does it have enough bass and clarity ar high volume? I have a C (W205) and the basic sound system is weak.
To be honest, I do not listen to music with high volume in the car, so I can't tell you exactly. I was satisfied with the standard soundsystem. Might be, because I had the acoustics package with thicker noise cancelling windows. But if you need more sound performance, I would recommend to check the "Advanced Sound System", which is in between the standard system and the Burmester Audio. Or ofcourse - if you can afford it, the Burmester is really nice. Not only sound wise but additionally the look with the silver painted parts.
Schade, dass es keinen E580 gab und gibt.

Gibt es Dinge, die sie bei dem Fahrzeug nicht mögen?
Nein, im Großen und ganzen ist es eines der besten Autos die ich bisher hatte.
Einzig die standard LED Scheinwerfer sind nicht so überragend, da würde ich nächstes Mal die Multibeam LED nehmen.
