- Philomena reflects back on her life in her 2020 single and says given "Half A Chance" she'd do it all over again. Who would not want to be there with her on that journey? Before this clip commences Philly's peers pay credit to her in her home town Galbally, in County Tyrone, as she celebrates 55 years as Ireland's Queen Of Country Music The new song "Half A Chance" follows. Philomena turned to Derek Ryan with the idea and Derek took it from there and wrote the song. Philomena says: "I have had plenty of time this year to look back on things and 2020 has certainly been one to remember or forget depending on how you look at it. This is the first single from a new album to come out next year."
