Hi Jess! Runway tote bag looks very similar to a Cabas tote which was a style that came out in 2000 or 2001. Runway size looks like the Cabas Alto (GM size). There was also the Cabas Mezzo (MM size) and Cabas Piano (PM size). My first LV bag was the Cabas Piano tote bag. Classics with a Quirk has featured the Cabas Piano and Cabas Mezzo. These were extremely popular bags from 2001 to 2006, especially the Cabas Piano. LV discontinued the Cabas bag line and introduced the Neverfull in 2007.
It is the Cabas, definitely. Angelina Jolie used to wear the Mezzo quite a bit in the mid to late 2000s. Seems like a great alternative to the Neverfull with the zipper!
