Moving from minnesota to the corner of archer road and 91st st in collective at archer in july. Im nervous but excited this video calmed alot of my nerves since i wasnt able to view the area

With all those new communities I wonder what the traffic is like during rush hour on Archer road? Looks like two lanes most of the way and then four at Archer? Excellent driving tour of the area.I think these are great and wish you do more in other areas.
I wonder what time the realtor did his drive by? I live here, and let me tell you..they are overcrowding this area so bad that the traffic is horrible, at mostly any given time. The big new housing development on your right as you head into Gainesville, I could stand in between them, extend my arms out, and touch the neighbors house. They have so many houses packed in that one area that If one burns, the rest will burn. Aside from over crowding and the traffic, it is a nice area.
Thanks for watching! During rush hour the traffic certainly backs up on Archer Rd and some of the surrounding areas. If you are coming from Archer it is two lane and then four as you hit Tower Rd (75th).

It looked way different in the 70's and 80's when I lived there.
Great tour I truly enjoy your video. I am looking forward to one day moving to the sunshine state from the harsh winters of NY. I heard that there is an area with the American Lotus flowers. Do you know where I can find it if I was to visit Gainesville. Please and thank you. Again amazing video with great description.

Cab you show the westsude swimming pool, how to become a member hours of operatiion, lap swim hours, and housing in that area? Are there other lap swimming pools?

@@MrOsasco It just depends on your budget and what part of town you want to be in. You can go through a site like www.apartmentfinder.com/Florida/Gainesville-Apartments to see different options and then check the area out by visiting cityprotect.com but make sure to switch from Agencies to Incidents in the upper left corner. You'll also want to adjust the date filter to go back 90+ days.
