This is my favorite gorilla family. I went all the way back to the "conception of Kintaro" video when Genki literally was gesturing for Momotaro to COME AND GET IT if you will. LOL. I still have a hard time understanding the relationship between Mom and Dad. It doesn't seem like they're a pair more than just sharing 2 sons together. She doesn't appear to trust him much. At the 6-minute Mark she jumped and continue to look over her shoulder until she moved and one again near the end of the video he attempt to sit near her and she moved. I love her relationships with both Gentaro and Kintaro and I don't think she's neglectful to the big boy she just made baby her main priority. She seems to have anxiety and even more careful with little lad. I must admit I do love the 2:21 mark where she snatched big bro for trying to take baby. I rewinded that 4 times LOL. I'd love to see a human-like romance like many of the other viewers but then I remember that we are really just watching animals no matter how human like they are.
After Gentaro was reintroduced back to the fold, Momotaro was violent with them. If you think of it like it's an arranged marriage, they don't always get it right. Mum and dad have had a pretty shitty past and should never have been put together... There is no solution to the situation.. My opinion of Momotaro is very low. Genki does the best she can with what she has. It's sad but it's their reality. 😱🇦🇺

Die arme Mama ist so angespannt, da sie rund um die Uhr auf ihr Kind aufpassen muss, es aber soweit freigeben, dass die anderen Kontakt haben dürfen, um das Sozialgefüge nicht zu zerstören. Es ist leider so, dass Tierkinder oft getötet werden oder schwer verletzt... Insbesondere die sichtbare Langeweile gibt mir zu Denken. Diese intelligenten Wesen einzusperren ist eine Schande. Nicht anders wäre es, wenn man Menschen einsperren würde, wie sie. Sehr traurig.
