I am hooked to your videos. So much so I've been going back to watch your earlier ones. Lol. I love the way you talk to us as if we're out with you on your runs, how you show us what you're looking at, and explaining why something is good vs bad scrap. "What we got here?" and "Watch your head!" are two of my favorite phrases. I'm impressed with your ethics, keeping the sites cleaned up, pulling donation stuff, and your honesty with the scrap yard. You rock, dude! I'm also impressed by your business efforts (UA-cam, resell, and garage sale items). Rock on!
Your Drive Trapeze Bars sell for $100. To $200. people with back problems and surgeries generally will buy those from you. Craig’s list or marketplace you can get at least $50. Each. Good luck. I never miss your vids. I love you.
I really love these videos with follow up. Sometimes I just don't catch everything you get. Love that you get sellable items along with scrap. Thanks for the info. Mike.
Hello Mr Mike my mother had one of those warehouse fans in the house we grew up in up stairs and even in the summer with the windows open it pulled the wind through the entire house and she barely had to use the AC. Good memories 💜💜💙💙💙💙💙
Thanks for the Follow-Up = lots of Lights - Fans - new Stuff and all was thrown out - wow ! We Hope for You to Sell some of the Finds - specially that Big Blue Fan - its Brand New - You have some Great Dumpsters in Your Area indeed ! Well done ! Many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!
I love these follow up videos. They explain a lot of stuff that, well some I know but some I don’t, so it’s always interesting. Those hard drives that you found, you mentioned that there’s gold, silver and so on in them, it would be FASCINATING to watch you take one of those apart if you could spare the time. Take care Mike, until the next one. ♥️♥️🌈🌈🇨🇦
Hey @mikethescavenger, Harbor frieght has 1100 lb swing hoist for $179 that would work great for lifting things like that fan. It mounts right to the back edge of your Dotty's bed and you could just back it up, lift it, them swing it into her bed! I couldn't get my phone or you tube to let me share the link or a screen shot of the page. Just go to their web site and type in "truck bed swing hoist"
Super bueno genio me encanto la cajita roja no se si son botellitas de perfume o saleros pero se ven chulas gracias genio por compartir buena tarde Mike the scavenger
Thanks Mike for showcasing your finds for us again. I’m still obsessed with that beautiful blue fan! Have you considered storing it from the rafters in your storage unit, for when you buy your property and build a workshop? That might be the perfect size to put in there, for drying stains and paint faster, besides the obvious of cooling it down a bit. Of course if it looks like it’s going to be awhile until you are able to fulfill that dream it would be silly, so sell while the prices are hot. I 💙 MTS! 🐼💪🏼🧦😎
the blue fan is a industrial exhaust fan from fantec correct about the price close to 900 dollars you should be able to sell it for about 500 dollars as a unboxed unit
@@roachlarry1488: Yeah, but the box was heavy. It came in that huge wooden crate with case clips and packed with foam. Mike was barely able to remove the fan itself.
That fan is a pull or vent fan, but you're close. Put it in your ceiling blowing up into the attic space. It'll pull the air from the house into the attic cooling it and thus cooling the house via having pulled the hot air out.
Hi Mike just a heads up, next time you take a new fan in the box an you what too sell it, take the paper ore instructions from the box with your 🙂 it's easy too now what you got. But you kills it 🙂 just keep up the good work
Hmm, those trapeezes are attached to these rail-ike things above the bed of a guy with a broken leg to help him move as his broken leg is suspended in place by traction weights. Pricey stuff, Mike, they may be of value to some hospital or clinic.
Nice fan and don't scrap that just yet or check with a dairy where they have exhaust fans to keep the cow corals cooler. Those fans fun 24/7. Check in the back of trade magazines and you might find someone that would find use for that also might be from a server room for exiting heat from them. The strobe you found might be a tower light that goes on top. I would purchase that myself. Those are older type trade show lights you can swap out the bulbs with the high output led modules.
Build a frame with wheels. Mount the fan to it or a window frame and that fan would make a KILLER portable fan for a workshop on a hot day. That is if that, like the smaller fans, is a mach up/demo and doesnt function.
If those are vintage aluminum chairs they are going for big bucks on eBay!! Glad you had a great haul hope they give you the good aluminum prices for the cubicle pieces!
Maglite D batteries: was once told by a retailer to only put batteries of the same brand with same lifetime in them. Not only for torches but always do that with AA and AAA as well. Got myself chargeable batteries from then on.
The discs in hard drives are usually platinum clad ceramic or glass. There’s actually a way to recover the platinum, however, you’ll need to save up about a hundred to recover any notable amount of platinum.
Hey Mike, I'm jealous as my vans in the shop getting brakes fixed won't be ready till Monday but least I have my new Dumster diver hoody. Stay up Mike you da man
Someone might like one bodacious 3:00 attic fan. Those 8:40 chairs are on the verge of being collectors items. Does anyone still make aluminum lawn chairs with web seats and backs? Everything I see is those black metal folding camping chairs with the nylon fabric bottom. Been decades since I saw a brand new lawn chair. Years ago, friends and I went to a park to toss Frisbees. We noticed a bunch of those flags marking several different underground lines. Nearby was a mom with her little girl but mom hadn't snapped to the consequences of her daughter picking all those 11:00 pretty "flowers" that were growing near a backhoe. Someone was going to have to make a return trip Monday morning to remark the lawn or the backhoe operator was going to have to make a judgment call on where to dig.
22.58 on the last video Mike, you grabbed the laptops and I bet even though it was edited out I'd be surprised if you missed them batteries bro🕵️♂️ 😁💪
That big ass fan. is Blauberg motoren seen there catalogue. the fan blades and hub are 100% the same. but they now only show a range with a some mesh mounting . and not a panel!

Your video’s are the best mike. Thx for all the video’s you do for us.
Use one of those lights on a bar for the back of your truck Mike . Maybe with a solar panel to power it to stop your battery going flat on you. 👍
Spaceship Stuff, Mike.
Little golf guy!!!

Like your new bench

Good Morning My Good Bro Mike The Scavenger

Those chairs are retro.. $$$. An easy way to test a battery is to see if it bounces. No bounce= good battery. Love your channel.

Mike I would use that light with the pole for outside the garage for you when your stripping your scrap.Just get something to slide the pole into.👍👍
Mike the follow videos are great, real educational to those that don't know some of the items you salvage. Mike the Scavager and Teacher!!

Looks like a exhaust fan for a car paint booth or building
Very very nice video idol mike
The trapezes' are for beds for mobility issues.
That fan would be great for a gable vent in a large garage or workshop.
Killer hall the blue fan looks like an attic fan trapeze bars are to help people in beds get up
A green house fan
Always a great video. 👍

Make a box mike stick the fan in get some small wire attach to front
Good shop fan
Looks more like a shop fan. Would work great for that or a yard fan.
Hey Mike, I'm jealous as my vans in the shop getting brakes fixed won't be ready till Monday but least I have my new Dumster diver hoody. Stay up Mike you da man
Your followups are so interesting
They do use these in the UK. when site surveyors go out and do measurements the put them in for reference points. And to highlight utilities….
Awesome
Comment for the algorithm
Morning Mike
Trapeze is for hospital beds for patients that are in traction or casts on legs to help them sit up in bed
Make a Hoover craft out of the fan🤣🤣
Was hoping to see you test the big blue fan LOL.
