Building a 10000 Watt Solar Farm, part 3.
The third video of our 10,000 watt solar farm install. This array can be tilted to maximize solar power production from winter to summer. This huge install was done for less than 1/3 the price a commercial contractor would charge for a similar system. The system is expected to pay back the investment in under 4 years in power savings. The total investment was about $1 per watt (DC wattage).
This system is working so well we are already talking about upgrading, possibly with some battery storage. More videos to come on this and other projects including micro inverter systems.
