- Well these small upgrades have certainly made a difference im over the moon, the bike feels and rides like a new bike again…..

I've got a Carrera Vanquish too. I managed to get a 2013 Giant Defy 2 for 150 quid, it's got 10 speed Tiagra gears on it but the bike is just too small for me. I'm going to swap the gear set around I think.
Great video mate, just found your channel. I’ve never understood why some people have a downer on carrera bikes. I bought a tdf 11 years ago to use as a winter commuter and it’s has outlived 2 treks and a willier! Apart from the consumable parts I’ve replaced through wear and tear it’s still going strong. Hi fella thank you so much, your right this little carrera has a fantastic frame its very light and sterdy the upgrades ive made have made a big difference i must admit, my average speed and time across a ride has improved and it climbs alot better now too but as a brand i think carrera are certainly very underrated, ive just been lucky enough to pick up an old 97 carrera in original condition too so look out for that vid coming soon bud.. 👍🚴♂️

There is an Italian "Carrera" brand that are absolute top end bikes.... leave it to the Brits to come up with this "carrera"
😂😂😂 i cant argue with that 😂😂😂, i must admit though…. Although this carrera isnt anything like the itallian version its dine me proud still going strong and ive put thousands of miles on it without spending much money at all, so although i agree with your statement i also cant slate the “BRITS VERSION” lol its been fantastic 👍👌

It's as simple as that.
The problem is that sugar is in a lot of food products.

I have the same one and I wasn't sure whether to buy new or upgrade. That was helpful. I don't have the tools to do it on my own. Do you think I should go to bike shop or invest for the tool?
Nice mate yes its a nice light and sturdy frame and definitely worth the upgrading, i would invest in the tools to do the job yourself personally as its not a hard job and bike shops theses days cost a fortune 👍👌
I have just upgraded a Specialized Sectuer with a shimano 105 r7000 11 speed groupset. Don’t buy a new bike, just upgrade your components and feel the difference.

@@MikeLLEdits ah yes sorry didnt think of that lol… i run 28 on this one, it came with 23 but because im a heavier rider i wanted to upgrade to a 28 👍

Hi buddy yes you can these are 28c i would say you could push to 30c in these frames
