Yes the public pictures of her that popped up looked a little maybe?? But the professional styled hair in the teaser pictures and the video are really striking.
You think idols choose their hairstyles or colors?? Because they NEVER do, male or female idols, many idols have talked about how their hair isn't really theirs and can't do changes with it unless it's by the company staff. This isn't new
@@LO-dm6ufthey don’t choose them yes, but their suggestions and preferences are usually taken in to consideration. Many groups stylist’s won’t cut someone’s hair short like this if they’re completely against it. There of course are those groups where they are forced, like Mia here, but there’s also many where they’re not forced. It’s kinda shitty to do something so drastic to someones hair without full consent. Especially since we don’t know how fast her hair grows so she’s gonna be forced to be like this for a pretty long time. If it was hair dye or something less drastic it could be fixed after the promotions, but here all she can do is wait or wear wigs.
I don’t know why they didn’t just use a short hair wig or something less permanent 🤔
@@TheSofkujepanen it's all in their contracts though...so by default she did give consent, just like most kpop idols probably, for the company to style their hair however they want for promotions and comebacks to satisfy their creative directions, that's why i said kpop idols don't have a say how to dye or cut their hair. Stop putting words in her mouth, her saying she didn't like the haircut at first doesn't mean she was forced to do it, enough of your hero complex and victimising kpop idols for silly shit like hair, plus, most kpop idols and women in general wear extensions and wigs, it's really not that big of a deal and she wouldn't dare say absolutely no to cutting her hair when it's for creative purposes.

Theyre not part of a big agency. Theyre not popular in korea compared to overseas. Its also because their most popular member is yiren but she's also chinese so yuehua is in a constant battle to please the korean market
I wouldn't think so. Because Dreamcatcher are the same, yet they've been active constantly since 2017 with or without their chinese member Handong. So Stone and Yue just didn't want them to release songs sooner.@@kiwiness5427
No idea tbh. People say that it's because Yuehua is a chinese label that operates in Korea and korean fans don't want to support a chinese company but they made Woodz and Yena blow up and they were and are under the same company, so I don't buy that. 4 Yuehua trainees debuted with Zerobaseone, the Mnet boy group (and will go back to Yuehua after a few years). lol
@GK-dl8bi I think they were on their way to be successful but the bullying scandal, the stuff with Yiren and the hiatus just kinda ruined it but now that they're back, I hope people would pay more attention to their music

Stone is just a distributor for the MVs, like 1thek. They are under Yuehua Entertainment. Yiren was busy in China last year and the company was giving album after album to Yena and TEMPEST to establish their careers but yeah, Yuehua had no excuse to delay Everglow's comeback so much. Hopefully they are back for good now. They are such a talented group!
Great reaction! I love the song, such a banger. Plus they stayed true to their sound and didn't follow the easy listening y2k trend that many ggs are. Also, they're the only gg that has that hard-hitting swaggy vibe that bgs do. They even said this would remind us of 2nd/3rd bgs. It's fire!

My first Everglow comeback! When I very first started with a KPop, Everglow’s title tracks blew my mind. Before I knew anything, I expected them to be right up there at the top. I also felt like that about CLC and BVNDIT, so I learned pretty quick how competitive the industry can be. So glad they’re still going…I mean glowing.
I just wish they could get the views they deserve. Everglow deserves so much more in recognition in the industry.
This really should be every girl group anthem. Girl groups have been slaying.

Let me start with a positive…I’m glad that Everglow is back and the girls looked amazing!! As for the song, I like it but at the same time I was a bit underwhelmed. For them being gone for so long I was expecting to be blown away, kind of how La Di Da and First blew me away. My expectations were high and that’s my fault.

Sadly I'm not really vibing with this one. The beginning instrumental sounds like their other song First and the song as a whole is underwhelming. The chorus is boring with the nananana. Just looking at First or even previous songs they felt more complete, like the songs/choreo/mv had more character. Vocals are great as usual though and the girls look amazing. I heard the album is really good, so I'll have to go check it out.
