    I think I just discovered for myself that my microfiber sheets were causing sleep disturbances. I mean no matter what I did, nothing worked. I watched hundreds of videos, read plenty of articles and NIH studies. But this one change, changing from microfiber sheets to 100% cotton made a dramatic difference in sleep quality. My guess is the toxic chemicals they use to make that cheap plastic was harming me, and disrupting REM sleep. I only found out because sleeping on my awkward couch was oddly better than sleeping on my serta king mattress with memory foam padding. Didn't make sense at first. I skimped on cheap sheets. Never again. I don't care what the cost is for organic, I'll never sleep on poison another day in my life. Hope someone reads this and finds the information as useful as I did.

      I am with you 100% on 100% cotton. Something just doesn't feel right with poly. It's like my body is not breathing properly with poly. You may like a grounding sheet with 95% cotton and 5% silver. They plug into the ground in the plug (make sure it's working). May be worth checking out.

    I want to try this so bad, but no one near me in Canada practises. I think this is amazing and I would definitely try! Just amazing!

      Hmmmmm....Besides coming to get some Endonasal Cranial Adjusting, doing my TMJ, Sinus, ETD, Snoring, Neck Relief, etc videos might be the closest approximation.

    I'm commenting here because I discovered something on my own but as I was looking for anyone to have videos on what I was doing I found a video you did on some ear massage and I watched and just did 1 thing you were doing and it added to what I was doing it was like a magic sleeping pill. I've had severe Insomnia since I was an infant..... I'm 46.
    I woke up so refreshed that I NOTICED how refreshed I felt. I simply don't compute the word refreshed but that is the ONLY way I could describe this.
    I also noticed, how loose and free the bottom of my face felt. Let me confess that I have recently gotten through the trauma of exchanging all my natural teeth for a very unnatural set of dentures.
    I'm not a person with poor dental hygiene. I had all the dental and medical care I needed as a child and good nutrition.
    I have suffered from chronic pain my whole life.
    I'm begging you to focus on the youngest audience possible because I just realized I think I lost my teeth because of how significantly my body's pain was intervening.
    I had found pressure points INSIDE MY MOUTH. I learned about them through therapy but NOT the ones I discovered.
    I was using a small rounded stick. ... think thin/ medium sized make up brush.... to gently press on hot spots I was finding through exploring. The ones that really did something magical were on whatever fibrous band is at the back of the teeth acting like a hinge between the jaws. I pressed directly straight in and also on the sides.
    When I massaged my inner ear I was in the same area. I was getting some embarrassingly pleasurable sensations when I got to the right places in that ear. ....
    It was like I finally got to a deep inner ear itch I didn't know I had and I drifted off to sleep..... could you look into this.... no one is really going in the mouth but I think I could have had a whole different life if I knew how to release my face like this.
    I didn't even realize it needed releasing. Your video was so helpful I subscribed without checking your other work. I never do that but you seem to be on to something big. Keep doing what you do we need more people to show us why we are having such difficulty living and how simply somethingscan be Incorporated into daily self care that could have such impact I'm getting dizzy from the realization of it looking back with dots connected.

    Hey Dr. Adam! I have a question for you and I'm hoping you can give me some advice or insight. I have been doing your sleep apnea and snoring exercises everyday for 1.5 months. I try doing them right before bed and they have been helping me TREMENDOUSLY at night. My sleep apnea in the night time has been almost completely alleviated. However, I notice that during the day time if I nod off while watching television or taking a nap, I still experience gasping and apneas. I find it strange that it's only during the day time, but at night I sleep wonderfully. Do you have any suggestions or advice for me? I am going to keep up the exercises everyday of course but I'm just confused with the issues in the day but not evening. I'm wondering if its because I do the exercises right before bed? Thank you in advance. You making these videos has already improved my life so much and has allowed me to forgo the CPAP so far. I'm hoping that continues to be the case!

      Wonderful results, Hannah! I would get your entire breathing apparatus improved. Do my 7-day Breathing series and maybe some cardio with mouth tape on or just making sure your mouth is closed. Wear the mouth tape when you sleep also. I want you only breathing out of your nose.
      I assume you've gotten sugar gluten and dairy out of your life. ; )
      Try those and, if you need more help, let's do a telehealth call and take you further.
