Super efficient Remote Team Meeting! (using FigJam)

Have you been in team meetings where everyone talks for hours and at the end, you question, "What are we meant to solve again? What are we meant to do from here?"...
In this video we wanted to share with you our method in running meetings to make sure it goes efficiently and objectively. Since we work remote a lot these days, we think it's useful to share with you how a remote meeting could run, without going over time with no means to an end. We're using FigJam as a tool here, but you're welcome to use other online whiteboard equivalents like Mural, Miro or Freehand. The point is, meetings can actually run on time and efficiently if facilitated well! Hope you enjoy it.
