Why do they have 2 fans and a single hood?
Great question! Per code for a hood longer than 10ft you need a second fan. This hood was 12ft long.

Hey Roman, this particular foodbus was built for use in Denver and was built to code here. However we ship to CA frequently and they all pass inspection.
