As long as you are using full pressure or high pressure ammo you'll be fine.

Can I use this to mount my Holosun EPS Carry on the Ruger SR 22?

The EPS Carry shares the 407K and 507K footprint and will fit our optic plate using the rear set of holes.

Unfortunately no, the EC9s does not have a rear dovetail for the plate to slide into.
