Such 'improvements' Russians left behind after their occupation of the Chornobyl zone. Russian troops entered the exclusion zone from Belarus on the first day of a full-scale invasion. Locals say that the Chornobyl zone was a kind of 'sanatorium' for the occupiers. It was here that they came to rest from the battles in the suburbs of Kyiv.

Thank you for this report. It was a good documentary. I can understand why the invaders are called Orcs. Like that gentleman says - they have glass buildings in St.Petersburg... but the foot soldiers don't even know how an electric kettle works. It's like parallel worlds.
How did Russia get to be so bad? The problem for them now... is they have been thrown back at least 5, maybe even 10 years by their act of aggression. Once again the people suffer. International relations, education, science, imports, trade, etc.... all affected.
All the money goes to the super rich Russians.

Russia is like this because it is a profoundly racist society (amongst its many other negative qualities). As far as Putin and the vast majority of European Russians are concerned, nobody living to the east of the Urals matters in normal times. The regime in Moscow has always been happy to exploit the resources of that vast territory, and the people living there are nothing more than a another sort of resource to be used in war time.
Outside of Moscow and St Petersburg, even city apartment buildings don't have indoor plumbing. There's an outhouse behind the building.
Many of the Russian soldiers don't know how indoor sinks and flush toilets work.

В чем эти люди виноваты, в том что они были недовольны той властью которая пришла незаконным путем и они были с ней не согласны. "господин" Турчинов якобы временно исполняющий обязанности президента объявил антитеррористическую операцию против жителей Донецкой и Луганской области, пошел войной против своего народа. После пришел к власти Порошенко, он сказал такую фразу"наши дети будут ходит в школу, а их дети будут сидеть в подвалах" (есть видео). В Одессе заживо сожгли людей в доме профсоюзов, до сих пор никто ничего не расследовал. В Луганске возле здания областной администрации самолет наносил ракетные удары погибли мирные люди, но по украинскому телевизору сказали, что это взорвался кондиционер. Это малая часть преступных действий.
В западных СМИ этого никогда не покажут.

In all cases of societal breakdown, the children must be properly saved and educated, but this is becoming impossible on Earth because of the individual capacity for greed and subterfuge which generally infects all forms of education, media, and local government actors. Under RARE circumstances, you can get inspired exemplars putting a new constitution in place which actually achieves "equity" for most and provides tools for punishing the psychopaths who betray the rest. This happened for the USA in 1776, despite its certain failures which required/require redress. The state of freedom granted upon the worst USA actors in government/family-unit is now including complicity of various agencies. The proper/fair solution in USA is now almost beyond hope of implementation.
The circumstances imposed against Ukraine for the past 200 years have repeatedly forged and reinforced a heroic people whose political project shows similar or greater promise than USA. They can benefit from our efforts, including those that fall short. All the world's democracies can benefit from the successful trajectory now being enabled to Ukraine with the invigorated empowerment of its new "founding fathers" and brilliant women throughout existing government. I wish the russian people could endorse what this all means for them and their future - they can have a better future through a more mature, intellectual participation. They actually contribute as "orks" when you realize the rest of the world must design and implement fair solution to their predicament other than forced extermination. They must prove worthy of salvation - around the world the worst criminals are put to death as the solution or punishment. Perhaps there is a better design of society and government. What nation has implemented this design? Maybe none? Can it be done by international cooperation? What if russia is to become the new experiment? Maybe they can do it internally, finally, with total liquidation of the kremlin-run system.
The crux of the historic conflict is that a fully entrenched, isolated culture of propaganda, sycophancy, rape, and psychopathic hierarchy was allowed to continue to self-empire and amass tanks, etc. after 1945. Again, in 1994-2014-2021, we see that UN, NATO, UNICEF did not intercede nor articulate the OBVIOUS sickness. Here we are (horrific unprovoked war in Ukraine), and I dare predict, in 2024 there will still be no official articulation of the "crux" by these HIGHLY funded agencies. Imagine, its 2032 and there is still no official articulation of the crux - is this then sufficient proof that agencies empower psychopaths in government rather than expose the paradigm and dis-empower it? Could this have been similarly stated in 1945 by insightful psychologists and military strategists? Most likely IT WAS. After 76 years, they have ALL still failed to bring about proper progress to the clear lasting benefit for the world of all people (and not only some privileged cliques).
Bureaucrats are not the same as competent, self-sacrificing heroes. Bureaucrats are generally always going to be buttressing or spear-pointing non-altruistic, psychopathic hierarchy. From the Magna-Charta to the Constitution for the United States of America, invigorated altruists have led with published insight, declaration, and reform. Then cowardly, cunning, envious, jealous, lustful sick ones arrive, pretending to not be so while maintaining undying loyalty to one anothers' shameful agendas, while amassing momentum and power - ultimately to undo all the Good Works and continuities of the higher-morality sectors. Clearly, for over 220 days of the war, what does putin exemplify?
If you still feel any admiration for putin (in my ignorance I actually did, long ago now), you (hopefully) fail to recognize how badly he has failed to embody altruism on behalf of the russian people, villages, and centralized government. You (hopefully) fail to see him for the psychopath behind the curtain. Because if not so failing, then you are internally invigorating over the horror he is unleashing against all these innocents in Ukraine - you are UNABLE to fulfill an heroic, altruistic role here on Earth, Under the Heavens. You see him as the loved exemplar demonstrating calculation of weaponry and perpetrated horror in the fashion of a resource/harem empiring psychopath. You may not very consciously know this is what you do, but you do. You suffer PTSD from a broken-hearted, broken-minded childhood, and you suffer emotional aphasia from it. Thusly damaged, your powers of empathy would prefer to extract a dividend of demise-imagery against others. Paradoxically, to be better than this means to invest in the future potential of others (including the damaged ones who would sooner keep practicing destruction toward others).
It is a strange reality to be trapped in, and somewhat lonely, when your matured, sponsored powers of empathy would work to extract a dividend of ascension-imagery whereby the "failing" people you hope to nurture are made a bit stronger to better survive across the years. It is a strange reality if "no good-deed goes unpunished" and you don't have the solution every time, or at any time, perhaps. If you belong here on Earth, or if you belong in Heaven, then you are either a monster or an Angel. As a monster, aspire for Heaven. As an Angel, aspire for success on Earth. As you judge my effort here on your behalf, so shall you recognize what you are at this time. The Heisenberg Principle does not decide the issue. You have free will, and adequate intelligence to judge or improve yourself. You made it through to this event of NOW and you should reflect on it in the hopeful revision of any lingering aphasia. There is always lingering emotional aphasia until your time is done here.
