    next time only add the egg yolk to the syrniki! I did it like you the first few times and the batter was too wet, they turned out exacrly like yours and didnt hold shape. Once I left out the egg white, they were perfect!

    I am russian and have an advice, why your syrniki got liquid-like. you should add only an egg yolk instead all of an egg! Though we also use cottage cheese which is pressed and more tough so you do not need to add so much flour

    my advice- get stainless steel or iron pots.. your food gets too hot in those thin aluminum and teflon pans.
    the oils or butter you use to lubricate the pan will burn because these "no stick" pans do not distribute even heat.

      Eu compre várias coisas pra fazer uma certa manhã. Bacon e várias outras coisas, queijo presunto. Parecia fácil era só enrolar tudo e botar na panela com um pouco de óleo... Eu pensei que fosse ficar bom... até hoje eu não comi aquele café da manhã. 😂😂😂

    • @vincentticus
      @vincentticus 8 місяців тому

      @@IcapapalotlPopocatepepetl sure, but see, here's the problem - our new bloggers don't have that much popularity and influence as Klopotenko does, they need to promote their channels, advertise their projects, and i'm not sure that they know how to do it or even have money for that. and i think that it's actually not a big deal, as long as outside of Ukraine people watch Klopotenko and learn at least something about Ukraine, even in his interpretation - it's much better than if a random blogger suddenly decides to film a "cooking russian dishes" video. and still even in Ukraine there are still plenty of people who can't refuse russian bloggers even when it comes to cooking dishes. we have so many problems that honestly Klopotenko isn't the biggest one ;)
