Yellow is definitely a good colour on you, makes me smile to see a bit of sunshine. 🌞Are there loads of speed bumps? you look like your on a rollercoaster bless ya 😁xx Mike picks up his new glasses on Monday, I have literally been glueing his current ones every two day, one lens keeps falling out. Its brain fog! OMG I really feel for you, I cant get a sentence out sometimes. Its so frustrating xx So the Koolpak I had when I fell on my back and I was a year in physio, this pak was my best friend. Loved it, I sill have the inner pad in my freezer, had it shoved under my bust last night in bed to cool me down 🤣🤣 mind the charcoal masks, they take a layer of skin off 😬 Once again a really good shopping spree Penny, love it xxx
Hi hunni 👋 good to see you. You definitely suit the colour yellow 😊. Those pot holes/ speed bumps are lethal 🙈. Hope Howards skin condition clears up soon. Try a unperfumed moisturiser or one with aloe in it xxx
Hi Penny, my husband had two total knee replacements ten years ago. He had really bad arthritis in both knees, to the extent that he walked like a rocking chair that hat rocked from side to side, and couldn’t walk about much at all. He has never looked back since having the surgery. He had no quality of life before. Love your yellow dress, and nice vlog.
Hi Ann, I kind of walk sideways too and I lose my balance easily, I can’t walk in a straight line. I’m so glad it’s helped your husband.Thank you for telling me about him xxx💕
Hi Penny. You are so right, UA-cam is absolutely a full-time job without the pay haha. I'm definitely feeling that at the moment. Haha I'm still anxious if I know people can see me vlogging too. What lake is that Pen? I do love the banter with you and Howard. Aaaawh Penny, I wasn't expecting you to give me a shout-out. You are so lush. I love you so much 🥰🥰 Haha the One Beyond shops used to be called One Below but they had to change their name because of inflation. I love Zoflora. Country Garden, Midnight Bloom and Winter Morning are my favourite smells. Have a lovely weekend beautiful 😘😘
Hi Stacey, aww I spend more time on my phone than I do with the fam, if it’s not answering comments it’s editing videos or planning, researching them, it’s bloody hard work !! It’s Roath Park, but there’s another one in Rhiwbina. Of course I was gonna give you a shout out, it was your Birthday!! I’d never heard of that shop, you can get everything there, I’ll definitely be going back. Thanks for watching, my favourite Welsh UA-camr 😊xxx💕💕
Hi Penny my lovely. I had a knee replacement nearly 2 yrs ago and I'm riddled with osteoarthritis everywhere. Other knee needs doing and left hip. Got it in my fingers and thumb joints too and on top of that, fibromyalgia 😢. However, I'm so glad I had the knee replacement as the pain in my knee totally went away when walking. It does still ache at times but no more excruciating pain. Best thing I ever did. I'm in England and although they prefer to do replacements at age 60 plus here, I was offered the replacement 3 yrs before my 60th but I bottled it. If you can get it done then I would say go for it because the mobility you get back in the knee alone is worth it xxx
Hi Terri, that’s amazing!! I’m so glad it worked for you. I’ve heard so many stories of it not working and people left unable to walk etc. How long was your recovery? Can you kneel now? Or sit on the floor ( like at the beach etc) what can and can’t you do? Hope you don’t mind my questions xxx
It took about a month of intense physio to get the bend of the knee right and for the pain to stop during physio. Can't really kneel down on it and they do advise you not too. Because I need a hip replacement I can't bend in the middle to get up and down properly from the floor but even without having hip problem it's not easy to kneel without it feeling weak. Also, they pretty much always cut a nerve that runs at the side of the knee and you lose all feeling. Mine hasn't come back. It has stopped me limping in pain and I can use it properly going up and down stairs now. No pain at all and cos of physio, I have full bend of the knee back. The replacement doesn't look like the other knee though, it's much flatter and it's twice the width of my other knee. I am pain, limp and stiffness free though xxx
Aww thank you Cheryl 😊Haha yeah it was a mix of speed bumps and potholes 😂😂 Brain fog is awful isn’t it? Yes. I’m going to get more of those packs, they’re great. Oh thanks for the tip re the charcoal, he’s blotchy enough as it is 🙄 Cheryl do you have any social media? I’d love a good chat xxx💕💕
