How We Win: A Gender Justice Brunch Program

The National Women's Law Center (NWLC) hosted a special brunch reception on Martha’s Vineyard that explored how our communities can win on reproductive freedom, the care economy, safe and inclusive schools, and protecting our democracy. We toasted some of the powerful leaders who are championing these most pressing gender justice issues Black communities face.
The program featured: Fatima Goss Graves, President and CEO of NWLC and Kiara Pesante Haughton, Vice President of Campaigns and Communications of NWLC.
The event connected creatives, partners, allies, and friends to the legal and cultural moment we’re in when it comes to protecting our freedoms, expanding access to child, elder and disability care, ensuring girls can go to school and play sports free from discrimination and violence, and how we advance a representative democracy.
