Watching this has brought back a lot of fun memory's for me.Back in 1993 I was in the Army Cadets and did the assault course. As a kid watching the Krypton Factor this for me was the best bit of the show.So to do the course was a great feeling. That zip line at the end looks short but i can tell you its not. Thanks for the vid.
Steve Ovett was a great champion medal 🥇 🥇 🥇 🥇 •Olympic gold 800m 1980 - beating Sebastian Coe •World Cup 1977 gold 1500m •Commonwealth 5000m gold 1986 •European 1500m champion 78 •World record 1500m & mile - multiple times 3.30.77 •World 2 mile best A amazing runner 🏃♀️
She wasn't useless. But the cargo net climb plays into the upper body strength which men naturally have more of than women. In this day and age, I can't believe that people still hold these opinions about women.
She was given a massive head start, and finished MILES behind. In this day and age of men being allowed to "identify" as women and compete in women's sport this is a wonderful reminder and example that actual biology matters.

Wasim was a ninja on that course!
This course is so much better than the 'Children's adventure park' style one they have in the new series...
The Best Ovett...
