    Apka review doosron se bahut better hota hai, lekin ap ek bahut badha factor ignore kar detey ho
    Buyer 2 type ke hotey hain: Investor ya end user
    Investor ko sirf aur sirf appreciation se matlab hota hai...ab chahey jungle ho ya gaon ya shehr
    % return hi sirf ek factor hota hai...aur kucch nahin

    Koi bhi banda un noida ke kisan sector plot area main jaakey khudh dekh sakta hai jahaan development ho chuki hai....
    yeh plots sirf sir sirf investment ke liye OK hain....kyunki commercial development allowed hai aur jo karna hai karo.....Lekin Residential End use ke liye bilkul bekaar...unsafe....
    Simple Rule hai Noida greater noida ka......
    Greater noida ke plots main Crowd, gentry aur safety hai hi nahin...aur na hogi.....kyunki design ghalat hai
    Agar kisi ko crowd aur safety ki parwah nahin to bilkul khareed le....
    Noida ke plot sectors jimain 100 sq.mtr ke upar hi plot hain....woh end use ke liye achhey...jahaan chotey plots hain....(less than 100 sq. m) wahaan crowd problem hai

      Noida Safe nahin hota to sabse jyada News Channel yahan nahin hota aur na hi itni saari Companiyan yahan hoti... Lockdown se pahle Noida me Bar aur Resturant morning 4AM tak open rahta tha kisi ko koi problem nahin huee... Noida me Bike Cab sabse pahle start hua kisi ko Problem nahin huee Safety ko lekar... Preet Vihar ke aage pichhe Jebkatron ka Jamaaw hai... GK ke aas paas Kalka Ji me bahut Jebkatre hain... Delhi me kuch saal pahle Tak Jeb kat hi jaata tha Noida me koi Jebkatra nahin hai

    Sir why don't you Cover Chi V, Gr8 Noida. Kisan Abadi Plots?? It is the cheapest area to buy plot in whole of Noida, Gr.Noida and even Yeida. And it is closest to 150 Sector. Once Hindon Bridge connect Chi V to 150. These Plots will become the most expensive in whole of NCR. It has Huge Investment potential. You must enlighten it to everyone. It gets neglected coz it's Hidden between Chi V & 150. Plots are located exactly behind Purvanchal Royal City.

      Apartment mein invest karna aaj ki date mein sahi nahin hai aur wo bhi Greater Noida mein. Noida mein aap phir bhi kar sakte hain but Greater Noida is not a good place to invest in Flats.

      130 Bahut purana Sector hone ke baad bhi uska Time nahin aayega kyonki... Delhi se aane me wo Opposite side padta hai.. isliye Opposite side Office aur Industry jyada chal sakta hai Residential me jyadatar Builders फ्लॉप कर गए हैं या रेट सस्ता कर दिया है। मेरी बात पर यकीन न हो तो नोएडा Expressway के Right Side aur left side ka comparision kar lijiye
