This channel never failed to teach me new things in terms of art, moreover aldoori’s content always works as a healthy reminder for me, despite everything happening to world it’s good to protect our own space as an artists and enjoy the journey 💛
Omg I have been thinking recently how awesome it would be for someone to make a video on how to paint metalic surfaces such as gold and silver, and here you are. Thanks so so much, this is very helpful.
I am looking for a VERY SPECIFIC effect, I am not sure if anyone reading ever did something like this. But I want to create an effect of "Gold foil impressing" rather than 3d rendered gold, like those illuminations in medieval texts - but in digital art. Does anyone know how I can get that 2d "gold foil" effect?
Some vids back he chopped up his stream answering questions about his course if you wanna check it out but no, you don’t need to use photoshop! He said anyone could use the course but it’s pretty digital art centric with layer modes and stuff so that’s probably recommended. As long as it’s a digital art program with pressure and opacity and stuff you should be okay.
that outro is cool AF
I love Ahmed's reaction to how easy his own tip is 3:08

You're the best teacher EVER
Do the same techniques or methods used here to apply the same way if one were to use Krita?

This is brilliant and simple at the same time. Awesome!
