  • When we think of the legacy of a company like Marshall, it's easy to overlook the individual contributions that shape the iconic Marshall sound.
However, Marshall has not overlooked the contributions of the various companies that have supported them along the way.
To celebrate Celestion's 100th anniversary and their 60+ year partnership, Marshall presents the Limited Edition Studio JTM Head & Matching Cabinet. Only 100 units of this UK-made amp are available, featuring a new cream colour and an anniversary Alnico Celestion speaker, making it a true collectible item.
Enjoy as Sam takes you through the key details and specifications of this fantastic tribute to Celestion, and watch John put it through its paces!

Genuine 60s ES-335 and genuine 60s Strat into the amp on full volume to demo it. Love it! For this type of amp that's a great way to showcase how people were using it back in the day and how it can still sound great under those circumstances. Not saying that's the only way to use it but so cool that it's demonstrated this way.

"Have you heard" that amp ? 😆
Let it "Steppin' out" that beautiful tone.
That's "What'd i say", this amp is the "Key to love"
Don't "Hideaway" yourself and put "All your love" in it.
    😂

Great sound but curious as to why it sounds like a mic in the room as opposed to the shown cab mic sound?

Ugh. What a disappointment. Marshall just can't do anything affordable, new, or even wanted anymore. Their competition is eating them alive because of this kind of dumb shit.
Sounds nice, but not nice enough.

People have been asking for Amps like this for years .
People wanted lower wattage versions of Marshall classics for many years .
The 20 Watt studio vintage is one of the top selling amps in Europe
Just because you didn't ask for it doesn't mean nobody asked for it

@@adamwatson6916 Well, funny thing, the studio vintage isn't a plexi. It's not what we've been asking for, but people buy it because it's as close as they've come.
