That building is called Cecil Charlton building. He was a long-time mayor of Mandeville. He loved Mandeville and served well. Mandeville used to be super clean and free of homeless people when he was the mayor. Even crime was none existant when he was the mayor.

A thorough inspection by the local authorities of Mandeville are required at this point. All buildings and houses need to have better safety codes when they are built or rebuild to withstand hurricanes a lot better. In addition a major unprecedented cleanup of canals, drainage, sewers, sewage treatment plants and such are mandatory all over the island nation and the roads, causeways. This is 2024 the 21st century let's get to it for a safer, prettier island nation called Jamaica. All the best in the future.
Wow!!! Jamaica's infrastructure is so poor. I really hope the government is not slack on helping out & putting things back together.
If you don't know about the building in Jamaica, it is best to keep quiet. That is an old build made from red dirt and stone way in the 1940s or earlier. Jamaica is rank high in the world for proper building infrastructure. The ones that are blown down are made from board and very old buildings.
