I have been baking for 45 yrs. My eggless cakes turn out soft and moist, but taste ' pasty' and stick to the palate while eating. But the ones with eggs are absolutely fine. Where am I going wrong.?
@@ManjuSethia_SCS the sponge u prepare mam. In the vedios same i follow. But its not becoming fluffy. Y is this happening i am not understanding. So am using premix for orderes. Pls suggest me
