Enjoying the PT tips. I always get to a point, though, where I want to reset all the track heights in the session to a default height, say small. Do you know if there's a way to do this?

Sure thing, and glad you’re enjoying the PT tips! Holding option while doing any of the options in the video should do it for you! For example, hold option, click on size bar of any track, click desired size, and they should all snap to the selected size!
