    Sick program. 2 questions/video ideas for u Alec:
    1- what's your opinion on landmine equipment? Gimmick or useful?
    2 - what do u think of the muscle composition tests that dna companies offer? Do u think u should alter your training to match your "type"? Eg train low reps if you're fast twitch

    Love your content man. I am doing muay thai, and did modify your earlier hybrid athleat program to fit the capasity that i can put in to strength training. And maaan, my power has grown to rediculess proportions, they say that "you can not train for power" and i have to say fuck those people. I was a explosive athleat befoure, but my man has this improved my power. Had litteraly sevral one punch knockouts and none befoure the program. last time i broke my hand in the dudes face (two months ago), so now i have to put some more time in to conditioning my hands, and thats rare for a 67kg fighter, that does not cut weight!

    Hi! Why do you include more weighted chin ups in comparison with weighted pull-ups in your programs, i.e. why do you favour supinated grip compared to pronated?

  • @DrFit96
    @DrFit96 26 днів тому

    I think a more easier program as weighted dips + weighted rows / pullups
    + Kb swings / sandbag bear hug walks
    Would be a reasonable program and super easy 😅while getting 80% of basics

  • @cjparkeffaking4551
    @cjparkeffaking4551 Місяць тому

    I've reviewed the program, and it looks pretty badass-I might give it a go.
    However, I don't think this would be the optimal way to train to be Batman. Something like Ninja Warrior training mixed with ballistic training might be better. Conditioning should focus on interval training, as that's how fights typically unfold.
    While periodized brutal strength is essential, Batman also needs to keep up with martial arts and other forms of physical training. Keep in mind that Batman's armor aids him in fights, so muscular size isn't as critical but still should be considered in overall conditioning.

    • @EnkiriElite
      @EnkiriElite  Місяць тому +1

      I said at the beginning of the video that this program is not going to be about skills training or martial arts training. It's going to be about improving the physical capacities that would make you a more powerful, faster, and better conditioned fighter. That's literally all.

      That program was the inspiration for the sprint work I did back in 2021 where I exclusively trained max velocity with flying sprints. Increased my top end running speed pretty substantially with that approach, and those gains have stuck around even though I stopped training sprints that way several years ago.

    • @EnkiriElite
      @EnkiriElite  Місяць тому +1

      I really can't say because I've never done it. I will say that observing it, it takes great strength and great skill to pull off, but I have viewed it as more of a trick lift to impress people with than one that actually would be an efficient strength builder, which is why I've never done it. That said, I could be totally wrong because, like I said, *I've never actually done it" that is just my impression of it based on observation, and that impression has prevented me from investing in it.
