This tutorial is very confusing but it worked for me, basically u have to get his exact build and do what he does, equip the mushroom cap and the summon flint or whatever it was called and spawn 3 eye summons, then u swap the cap and flint to cowboy hat and pop pellets, and while fighting u just spam q and t while agroing on him

I got a few tips if you still haven't beaten him, when the fight starts make sure to keep shooting him and when(if) he jumps to you spam your t and q, you also want to somewhat distance yourself from your summons because you need them alive for his phase 2. In his second phase move around a lot and spam q and t to get near him and shoot him, and also make sure to both shoot and kick not just one or the other

you can also use forst zap atenna heavy attack at the start of his second phase and when he is stunned, for extra damage
