We installed 32 solar panels on our roof and we like the savings from our electricity bill. The thing that with my husband would do differently is not put it on the roof and do a ground mount so you can reach them and keep them clean to be more productive. Where we live in NC our solar panels, get pollen and dirt on them easy even on the roof so he would like them closer to the ground. The older he gets the less he wants to be on the roof to clean them and my grandchildren no longer live close to us to help us out. We love having our $150-$200 electric bill go down to $15 a month especially when it’s sunny out.
