The Kaizo blocks on the shell level aren't random, they're placed at the start, end, and at the shorter distance jumps. Still awful but there is a pattern.
Hey, Ryu. On that 10 second speed run, I noticed one thing that may be the root of your loses. The second coin when the timer hits 4, you've been doing a twirl to insure you grab the second coin. However, I believe the timer needs you to grab the second coin without twirling otherwise you lose that little bit of time to touch the pole. Hope this helps

Learn from them and get better. When Ryu dies to BS out of his control, he says "woohoo, progress!" then HE makes a change. It legit taught me a lesson I carry out in my life. The shell junps level, I think it was the long jumps were kaizo safe, but the short jumps were all rigged for failure.
There gotta be some dev cheese on that final level I refuse to believe anyone would put the timer that tight and manage to upload it
