I was admitted in to the hospital for covid 19 treatment for around 5 Day .I had put claim of around Rs.75000/- but the Max bupa had gave Only Rs.45000/- i had have very poor response from Max Bupa office .They are Just talking Big but their Act is different while clearing the claim money . I am retired person and deduction of around Rs.30000/- from my claim is very big amount for me .I must have rethink before renewal of madiclam policy in future.with Max Bupa .
Max bupa customer service is worst..they literally don't care . Better to go with govt. insurance companies..little expensive but atleast you can trust
