Hi. The airplane is a Bombardier Global 6000 and it is certified to fly overwater with some restrictions. We have to be able to land within 3 hours powered by only one engine. Regards.
Hi Roberto. The Eclipses range is between 1'100 NM and 1'350 NM, the distance between Europe and the Bahamas around 4'000 NM. The Eclipse can do it with a minimum of 3 fuel stops as this airplane has been built for short range operations only.
Altough the G550 has about 750 NM more range both aircrafts are perfectly suitable for oceanic flights. I cannot compare passenger cabin and flight deck as I never worked on a G550
Long flight but easy money for the pilot. I always hope for easy money for the crew.

Why is there so much play in the yoke ?
Gusty winds from changing directions makes it sometimes difficult to maintain the track towards the runway
