actually if you dont do any sport and are overweight, and you sit much on the couch, eat rich in
carbohydrate stuff and nap after wards, you feel tired, i know it from experience.. if you do sports, initially you will be exhausted , but after a short time you will experience more energy and and you wont be tired at all..

I think SNL missed an opportunity to do a skit where the "United Way" goes into a charity partnership with "Little Brothers" and the Manning Brothers are spokesmen. Surely there's comedy gold buried there somewhere.
Well the Little Brothers skit was the only good part in the Michael Phelps episode. I do agree that there is gold there, it's just that he would shoot it with crossbow and sink it to the bottom of an Olympic swimming pool.
Maybe they are working on it. Great idea.

The best part about leggings is that you can wear them for like 3 days straight without having to take them off. You sleep in them, wake up, change shirts, go run errands, come home, lounge all day, change shirts, go to bed, wake up, etc, etc. Leggings are great.
