Inks are far to expensive for the size, has lots of issues which mean you need to clean the heads and waste ink all the time. Scanner and scanner software are good. Ability to print from phone etc great. Not really sure how mine will be on my desk for as it may go into the skip if it continues to be flakey.
Asking for elderly relative. Why is it only taking paper from top during scanning? 1 page at a time can't be right when there's a paper tray underneath. Any help would be great. Many thanks

Just got this printer, but can't install the software since I don't have a cd drive on my Mac. Is there a link where I can download the software onto my Desktop? I really REALLY don't want to use my phone for any part of this! Printer will be connected via USB.
@@BestPrinters I took the cassette out completely and then put it on a table (it wasn’t on a hard surface before) and it seems to have fixed it. Same issue (the surface) was messing with tray 2 and making it imposible to pull out
Hi, thanks for this video. One question, is it possible to print photos on a4? Like with photo paper? Or are you restricted to the smaller size of 4 by 6? Thanks!
@@BestPrinters Thanks for the answer, I was hoping that someone would tell me where it is because the user information does not say that, none the less, I have found where it is, it slides out of the side of the A4 paper tray, all of the others seem to be underneath the paper tray, not hidden like this one is.
Hi I have this printer but it’s not printing great. Even when changing to the right settings, the colours are coming out faded and the black looks more grey. Any ideas on how to fix this? It’s not useable for my art business at the moment
you could try making your own colour profiles or borrowing a profile from canon using with their papers it works well for me and this may be your problem .other than that check your setting make sure you have matched the photo paper you are using to the printer ,this usually is the major problem with using printers paper mismatch Using Qimage pro for printing is another alternative where you can select your profiles and test them as well. You may also need to adjust the intensity of each individual colour , although canon provide this in their software I am not sure Epson have this , non the less my 8700 arrives next week which is replacing my canon 8760 so I will check back if I have the same problem. I have the Epson 4850 as my network printer and the canon is a uselees piece of shite trying to connect wirelessly so that's why I am preplacing it .

Yes, this may be able to be adjusted within the settings. A Google search would be helpful.

It depends, if you print a lot of photos it will use a lot of ink fast.

Yes you can find the driver download on Google
This printer keeps rejecting the top cassette when it’s done printing and when you turn it off. I don’t think that is supposed to happen
The top cassette needs to be aligned or you will have trouble with the printer.

Power consumption under load is 20W, during sleep mode it is 0.7W. Warranty 1-year limited warranty in the U.S. and Canada. Hope this helps!
