Are these tiles grass water proof? My balcony is design with wood on top and want to install these grass tiles on top because my dining room is under the BALCONY and is leaks when rainng. Please I need an answer as soon as possible. Thank you. GINEE
You can’t put this on top of a tiled balcony. Moisture gets trapped underneath and will destroy the grout. You would need to apply a waterproofing membrane first to protect the grout
don't do this - i have 20000 dollar damage from a tenant doing this - and water seeping to plaster below - as waterproof layer not designed for this - builder says not under warranty though property is 1 year old

Can anyone share some info on drainage pls? Would this not cause mould on the tiles overtime?
The balcony has a tilt. Water will not pool.
The water will drain but you will still be left with enough moisture to damage the grout
