Yeah for sure dude, there was a bunch of people there. I looked for a few people, never crossed paths with anyone. It was a great show. I think I might go again next year!
I got back in the hobby about a year ago going from O scale to ho! I am modeling modern day NS! One of the things that you have to make yourself do and I’m guilty of the same thing is take it slow build what you want and no spend to much money to quick! Because it can nickle and fine you to death if you let it!
That’s cool man! I was solely HO scale, now I’m wandering slowly into O scale. I have some videos in the works for some O scale models I picked up over the last few months. NS has a cool paint scheme. I have a few NS models. I know what you mean, this hobby is dangerous and can be super expensive. I have to hold myself back sometimes from going overboard on buying stuff. Thank you for watching!
@@modelrailroadingthesouthwest I like go scale better because I’m all about prototypical and o scale just dosent do it for me! Yeah they are bigger and more sound but having a real replica would f the prototype is what I rather have
@@drewharman1690 Oh yeah for sure. I definitely agree with that. I saw everyone on UA-cam having fun with their O scale stuff that I had to give it shot. O scale is definitely a different world to say the least.
I made an appearance at 26:05 :-P I think I was working on adding a speaker to my BNSF switcher..or cutting the miniprints Marquee Signs I had printed...
You’re famous now lol. Must be cool to work on projects while at a train show. That was definitely a great looking layout. Great trains you guys were running that day.
Man I'm not dissing you in any way, but you can tell your from the West Coast by say Norfalk Southern. I'm from the East Coast and my friend its Norfolk Southern. I also know your a UP guy. Do you know how I could get my hands on some of those UP Heritage Boxcars. I looked up Value Trains and cant find how to order them. Love the stuff you got. Also I'm not sure if you knew, but Broadway Limited is making one if the Business Cars for UP I believe its Kenafick and it has different drumb heads on the back. They release next March. $100 each.
I get it dude, we butcher some words haha. I have a buddy that’s from the East Coast with a thick accent and he gives me hell all the time with how I say some words. As for the Value Trains, I tried looking them up too. Not a definitive website on Google. I looked them up on Facebook seems that they have some links for ordering on their newest post from April 9th. Oh yeah dude, I’m really excited about the business cars that BLI is putting out. I couldn’t believe that they are really going to sell those cars. Thank you for watching my video, I appreciate it!
Man that was some train show, way better than the ones that they have around here. And did I see that right, Bachmann was giving away their catalogs that they sell for ~$15 normally?
It’s was a great show, lots of fun. Someday I’d like to see the one in Springfield Massachusetts. Yeah Bachmann was doing that which was surprising. I wish Walthers was doing that too.
"I know I'm going to buy things, but I'm not going to spend a lot of money.".... Right. Good luck with that. Which is why my wife doesn't like me to go to train shows....
Sorry I missed you! Man that was a great show hey?

@@drewharman1690oh yeah definitely unbelievably expensive.
Rocky Mountain Train supply is a friendly bunch! Always love taking my son with me to go shopping there.
I agree, great people there. I love going there every time we are in Denver. Thank you for watching!

The two Milwaukee Road 2-D-D-2’s were really cool. Never seen those on a layout before; much less in N scale
Oh wow I didn’t know even notice those. Those are great looking models.

Haha definitely a fact. It was definitely a heck of a show. Thank you for watching Sparky!
Rio Grande fan here, so I'm looking forward to the SD45's and GP40's coming later this year form ScaleTrains. It's gonna be major wallet hurt.
Yeah for sure, those Rio Grande SD45s are going to be so nice! Thank you for watching!

Those Train Shows Will Put a Spell on you do your Homework First before Goin to a Train Show And Yes Stay Till Closing.
Ain’t that the truth. Thank you for watching!
Once you Go To Train Shows You will Be Finding More Train Shows.
I completely agree with you!
It's only shaking to you at your end.
It's not shaky at all on the phone
Oh good thank you. Glad it wasn’t too wild. Haha.
Brass may not run as well.
I agree with you. I’ve heard other modelers have issues running their brass cars and locomotives. Especially the extremely detailed ones.
"I know I'm going to buy things, but I'm not going to spend a lot of money."....
Right. Good luck with that. Which is why my wife doesn't like me to go to train shows....
Everytime. Luckily my fiancé supports and feeds my addiction lol.
They gave away door prizes? Great...just what I need....another door...(rim shot!)...
Haha nice one!
Great video!
Thank you! It was a pleasure seeing your layout!
