Very nice plan n house.cant afford tho but from other projects watched,price is reasonable.rooms could be much bigger though.it wldve bn nice if all wardrobes were real lumber b.cos i loved the wooden feel of the wardrobes.

I have been to these buildings and I can personally say that it is worth the price. Very nice finishing and a very good neighborhood.

Is really nice but I find walking directly to the living room a bit out. It needs foyer’s please 😢 spacious foyer’s please. The pantries are too tight. A pantry is more like a woman’s kitchen where things are arranged. Thanks a lot.

The pantry seems to be of very little space where one cannot even turn around. I don’t understand why most of the developers don’t consider a bit more space like three X the space you have now as pantry space. A pantry is part of a woman’s kitchen just so you know pls. 😢 pls also consider some cabinets for the bathrooms. It would be great.

Very nice but the roads are not paved. Is full of dust. It seems to be also tiled everywhere outdoors . Where does one plants a garden ? I also find the pantry to be smaller spaces and why? There’s no foyers in these homes I find one mostly walks directly to the living and dining area. Just on a kind note foyers would be great to have and much bigger pantries. Thanks 😢

The architect who built this house was a very good architect by putting mosquitoes net on windows and the carport inside the house and the universal switches etc… even if it rains with thunderstorms you can still enter inside your house. I wish to be in Ghana soon and see this house physically in person🎉
