Thanks for watching!
The way Lana says "Anything I need" is just making me giddy for this romance arc. She's the workaholic serious "evil" girlfriend who's actually very sweet and caring.
HAHA! I just realised you switched from phantom (hooded) to the acolyte chest piece for the kiss!
Kha'Zix The Voidreaver Haha yes, hood clipping was cringeworthy, I just couldn't stand it.
Did u know with lords are so powerful that they can take down and put up their hoods without u even seeing?
8:28 you can hear anakin and Padme’s love theme ❤️
Nice catch.
8:39 I love hearing this ❤
thanks dude. always nice to see your work. And of course always nice to see these scenes again.
0 to cute very fast
Awesome job on the video the sith inquisitor is my favourite class to play even though i have to get another laptop to play
Nice edit with the cowl.
***** Thank you :)
he changed his outfit right in the middle of it hahaha
I'm curious to see if this kinda stuff caries into the next expansion. Proabably won't, but Bioware has done miracles like this before.
Donald Cook It does, except that in KotFE your companions/spouses will actually get jealous and force you to choose.
6 years later.... lana has by far the most content as a romance in the game ^^ good, she is best girl.
Bro your character looks the exact same as mine. I was confused for a sec
hmm i dont remember 2V-R8 on my cinematic
You know you can actually summon 2V-R8 as your companion during battles, I tried it once with my warrior and he was quite good XD
I have 2V-R8 as a tank sometimes. Fucking hilarious.
@ FluffyNinjaLlama Hi Fluffy! I'm sorry to be asking about this on your video but I would just like to ask a couple of things before I take the plunge in getting a subscription and getting the expansion packs.
1) When my subscription runs out, will my access to the DLCs (i.e. KOTFE) be cut off?
2) Is there a bundle subscription that lets you buy a plan+all DLCs?
3) Which server do you play in? I want to stalk you (*.*) --- Lol joke. But seriously, I would like to play with you given the chance.
+adrenalinerush369
1) I'm not sure :( Your progress, decisions and all that are saved for sure, but I'm not sure if you can still access DLC/XP areas and continue unfinished quests, if you unsub.
2) You get everything if you sub, all DLCs are free now for subscribers, and KotFE is free too. You have to pay for DLCs if you want them right on their release date, but they usually go free in 4 months time.
3) I'm on The Red Eclipse. I'm not very chatty though ;) Sometimes I have chat on, and occasionally I group with others for flashpoints and such but most of the time, I have my chat minimized when recording, or set to "Others" tab just for subtitles, but not the actual chat, so I usually don't even know if someone tries to contact me. And I'm often afk, for example I record something and then alt+tab and edit videos, reply to comments, make tea, while my character is just.. standing there :D
Ooh! EA's money grabbing scheme eh? Oh well. Guess I'll just play my heart out during the holidays and record as I can. If ever, can I still replay Old Chapters once completed? Ex. Replay KOTFE Chapter 1 or 2 just to experience different decisions? You just might spot a Llama fan in one of your plays. :))
+adrenalinerush369 That's the sad part, you can't, since there are no saves, everything is final after you finish any given quest. :( You can reset quests before they're finished to make different decisions, you can also press Esc before any cutscene ends to go out of it and try different dialogue options, but once the quest is completed, it's done forever, there's no going back. :( Quests can be short (like 1 cutscene = most companion quests are like this) or longer, for example every KotFE Chapter = 1 quest, so you can run the entire Chapter except the final cutscene and then reset and run it again making different decisions.
is that phantom-something, chest belt boots and graves with a OPs mask (or flashpoint/drop) unified? very good combination due to red eyes black mask etc..
Kha'Zix The Voidreaver Thanks! It's Black Hole mask, Phantom chest, gloves & belt, and Verpine lower robe and boots.
FluffyNinjaLlama You are herby rich.. Hmpf.. Hahah
Kha'Zix The Voidreaver Lol not at all, I'm really poor in fact since I never run any dailies/ops and barely ever play the game (only when something new is out). I just got this set when it was first released, not sure if I got it directly from the Cartel Market crate or the GTN, but it wasn't expensive back then even on GTN.
Sith Inquisitor's speech is pretty good, I admit it.
But the Sith Warrior's speech is way better. Sorry Imperius/Occlus/Nox. You've been bested by the Wrath.
Think I like the Theron romance better but this romance is still cute. Though I can't help but get a lot of Lana/Koth vibes in Fallen Empire, and they're surprisingly cute, which does dampen this a bit even if she liked the main character first…
So if I got the game after this came out do I still need to install it? Where can I find this and Shadow of Revan?
What’s that armour nicamedus is wearing?
What armor set is that
Dawwwww
They need to make SWTOR and all of it's expansion and port it for a console version.
No. Consoles fucking suck.
I would like that but then they'd probably do something like Dragon Age and only let you use like 6 abilities at a time xD. So imo not worth it.
So,here's my story. I was a fan of KotOR games, especially the second, and after seeing what happened with my favourite characters in the MMO I was outraged. But now, after seeing KotFE trailer,I tried TOR - got a bug with verification, and came to you to watch the stories. I have to say that as a game in it's own right it is good, but there are some things I didn't like:
- lack of animations in cutscenes (shadow of Revan fixes that issue)
- lack of distinct "arrival on planet" cutscenes, like in KotOR games (Dread War and subsequent updates somewhat fix that)
- lack of unique music - if it was there,I didn't hear it - it was all from films and KotOR games.
- some of the textures were really bad - like wookies and Lana's face.
(and gameplay-wise it's...dull. I know that it's an MMO,but Republic Commando and Dark Forces are better shooters, while Jedi Knight series and Force Unleashed have better lightsaber-swinging gameplay)
All in all I am glad that the game bugged on me and saved my money. Now I'll wait for you to post the KotFE campaign, and if it's good, then I'll at last start playing TOR.
Thank you :)
Demetrius900000 As for me, I'm a fan of KotOR games and Bioware games, not a fan of Star Wars universe, and only watched the movies not long ago. I have to say that I enjoy SWTOR very much, even the fighting, but I never really played any game because of its combat system, I only play for story, and I really love most of the class stories in SWTOR, and companions, and romances, and planetary quests, even story behind some flashpoints and operations, there's also a big room for roleplaying in this game, especially for the Empire classes and Republic classes that aren't Jedi. I don't care about animations and textures, don't get me wrong I like when everything is pretty and I always max everything out, but I can enjoy a game just as much even if there's vertually no graphics at all, like in classic RPGs (Baldur's Gate, Fallout, Planescape Torment). You should at least give it a try, especially since it's free.
FluffyNinjaLlama It seems that we are alike, for I play games for the story too and don't look at the graphics at all (finished Baldur's Gate series not long ago).
Textures and animations bug me because...do you remember Garrus' face texture in ME1 that looked worse that any other texture in the game? Same thing here. Combat system of MMO's I dsilike because "click=swing\shot" feels better than "14122241",but it's just my personal opinion.
I did give it a try,but email verification is bugged - goes into an endless loop. I have a trooper and plan to start agent, but for now I'm playing Dark Forces II.
About other SW games - try Force Unleashed (cool Jedi story),Republic Commando (you got to be a clone commando!) and Dark Forces\Jedi Knight series (Kyle Katarn is badass).
What is that Mask?
I am deeply dissatisfied with the Lana romance since the moment we see her for the first time. The word "romance" doesn't even characterise this relationship, it's more like "molesting your subordinate". Why? Because it's so much one-sided. Everytime inquisitor flirts I get the feeling that either Lana tries to dodge it but doesn't want to be too direct in that in case she would anger a Sith Lord and get fired OR that she would want to use this unwanted attention as an opportunity to achieve something she wants but without giving too much out of herself.
I suppose I am expecting too much and I'm spoiled by the romances in DA: Inquisition but it's the small things that fill up a good romance story and make it believable; a word said every now and then, a look or a smile given, even a holocall damnit :D. All of this is non-existent here. Everything happens only from inquisitor's initiative - the last scene as well and "my love" sounds highly artificial.
It's purely professional, Lana only calls us when she needs something and Empire being at war is no excuse - if you have time to eat a sandwich (Sith Lords do eat, right) then you have time to make a holocall/write a letter/whatever. Even Darth Marr with all the stuff on his shoulders has time to write inquisitor damn mails :D.
Another feeling I can't shake off ever since Forged Alliances is that Lana is really good with Theron, they just happen to work for different sides and had it been different, they would have totally hit it off.
To sum up, the romance seems really out of place here, like if someone made the story and then remembered he was supposed to include romance so he just stuffed a flirt option here and there and THERE YOU GO job done.
End of rant :D
I've always gotten the vibe that she is more trying to stay on task rather than being dodgy. In fact, when you are alone with her, and the trials of the day are behind you, she if very flirty depending on how you act with her. Especially at the beginning of Fallen Empire, where you haven't seen her in years. In fact, there's parts of Fallen Empire where she can get very jealous depending on what you say to her. She's a very focused and driven woman, but you can tell she does like the Inquisitor, or whatever class you are playing. In fact, the whole premise of the Fallen Empire was that she keeps searching for you because she was the only one who didn't give up hope that you were alive. Even some your love interests will write you off before Lana will.
Maybe, but I feel she is one of the few actually realistic relationships in the series, not one of the few brief talks and then boom sex like in the main story. I feel the MC and Lana are more like star-crossed, because she has her responsibilities and your MC has theirs, she isn't solely focused on their relationship like the other romances are in this game.
Plus, if you are playing a Non-Imperial Class, then the fact you are from two entirely different sides plays into it too. Remember, a lot of her dialogue is used for all classes, regardless of whether you are Republic or Imperial.
She does write the Inquisitor. She will e-mail them after the Shadow of Revan arc to talk about her position, and how she'll miss the Inquisitor because of their respective duties.
Eh, Theron never seemed a fan of Lana using him as bait, while a dark-side Inquisitor understands. They also constantly argue about what the best course of action is, Theron is more light-side, while Lana is dark-side. In fact, Theron is "too good" for Lana. The truth is if you play a more grey, calculative Sith, you are pretty much Lana's type, Theron is too nice. Truth is Lana and Theron both work in intelligence, but I never really got the sense they were attracted to one another, they just know how to operate together. The MC is a "do'er", they don't make the plans, Lana does, you execute them. So of course Theron seems more like Lana, but will a very different moral compass. In the end, based on Fallen Empire, your ideals and fundamentals are more important to Lana, and she will treat you with more respect based on your actions aligning with her ideals. That is why she would like you more than Theron, because it isn't about your skill-set and background, its about how you act.

That's why not picking the flirt option all the time makes it way more fun, especially if you play a grey, pragmatic Inquisitor. I got the same vibes as you upon picking the first flirt option when you first meet her, so I esc'ed and opted to comment on her force power. It plays off way better if you keep the same energy she has with you: curiosity at this very rare pragmatic Sith. Thankfully you can still romance her no matter how often you flirted, as long as you pick her before Yavin and keep it up in Kotfe
It's weird that vitiate would feel threatened by the non force users. If he's released the sith spirits, then even the Inquisitor doesn't seem to pose much of a threat.
Maybe if the Inquisitor releases the spirits he still sustains most of the power he received from them... I mean even in that ending the Inquisitor glows with massive Force power. Since it is never completely explained how much he lost in doing so we can assume it wasn't a huge loss and likely could be explained that his body got use to that level of power. The one thing likely to be gone is his ability to escape death like he did in his first fight with Darth Thanaton. Also maybe the Emperor may actually think the Inquisitor could bind his spirit if given the chance. The Emperor has been bound before so who is to say it could not happen.
I don't know, the agent at least has pulled off some pretty amazing feats plus he/she is very resistant against mind control, which is sort of Vitiate's main gig, and he/she can do amazing things on limited resources and has influence in both the Empire and the Republic and is scary smart (almost as smart as Vitiate himself) and has possibly (depending on how you played the agent story) kicked a powerful Sith Lord's butt in the past and almost single-handedly uprooted and demolished a galactic conspiracy, I can understand Vitiate being a little bit nervous about someone like that running around, regardless of whether or not they can use the Force.
The Trooper, the Bounty Hunter and ESPECIALLY the Smuggler I can't picture Vitiate realistically caring much about, but the Agent, in my opinion, makes complete sense.
How does the romance work if you romance Lana as a Jedi for Rise of The Emperor?
TheParagade It's exactly the same, except that you don't get the final scene because you're meeting Theron instead.
:D
