- In todays vlog, we visit the breath taking medieval town of Dinan in Brittany, France.
As soon as we stepped off the train, we stepped back in time. It's quaint cobbled streets and leaning, timber houses complete with flower boxes makes the place seem like something out of a fairy tale. When we didn't think it could get any more beautiful, we stumbled across the Rance river. Wow, there were no words.

I stopped by for a couple of days in Brittany back in 1993. Never left. Need I say more.

i was in dinan last year and it is absolutely beautiful...i was planning on going back this year but obviously, that can't happen this year...but i will be back...so pretty and full of history...
I am going to Dinan this June for 3-4 days. Seeing it's a small city, I guess I will have to spend some days visiting other cities or places around Dinan. Anything to recommend? Cheers :)

We intend visiting Dinan when we tour Brittany and the Loire by car. Beautiful, I think we will take your advice and get there early as we are going in July. Thank you for the great video.

Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo would take one day each. Dinan - Amboise is doable in one day if you drive. Not so much by bus or train.

From what I saw they were very particular about putting their feet on their own rucksack not directly on the seat. Who do you think you are?
