It's easy to think everyone has the same level of representation as you, but that's not the case. Maybe they would prefer to play nb roles, no one but they know that, but if the only roles you can get are the ones that fit your physical appearance then that's just what it is. Saying they should leave female roles cis women is basically the same as telling them not to bother being an actor.
