I had a girlfriend whose father had hands that were that size - but he had acromegaly, he genuinely had a tumour on his pituitary that caused it..he eventually died after repeated strokes long after his tumour was removed. My impression is that adult human bodies do not stand up well unnatural levels of HGH/IGF-1....really hope Denis is not pancaking again and planning on taking on Levan..
