I absolutely LOVE this home, such class and distinction! It's absolutely gorgeous. I'm curious how many square feet it is? It's a fabulous and sophisticated use of space in every single room! JUST AMAZING!
The living room curtains and chair fabric are to die for!!!! Also in the study-that wingback chair with the wood accent is gorgeous.... And do not even get me started on the art on the mantle. WHAT!!!!!!.....
This is one of the best rock house exteriors I've ever seen. The porch is fabulous. And so is the interior. You can tell a lot of thought went into this home.
I am absolutely awestruck. I nearly wept when I saw the kitchen counter stools..... so stylish. This is an incredible piece of work, through and through. A masterful and authentic representation of a cottage style home. Mary Evelyn, you and your team are simply marvellous.
It is pretty but all that”stuff” and clutter just does my head in. I couldn’t live in is house, but would be a nice weekend get away. I also find the place a bit dark and ‘dirty’ looking. I am sure people would love all this but it is just way too much and old fashioned for me. The designer seems like a lovely lady and a great tour. Thankyou!
Everyone has their own preferences. I could easily embrace this home. Homes of recent years are way to minimalist and sterile for my taste not to mention cookie cutter and trendy. Everyone and thier granny have gone doctors office white and ugly gray. . I would say judging from the high end designer name dropping you would have to be a multi millionaire to afford this home. If you have an eye for design you could easily substitute most of these pieces for sensibly priced versions.
@@davidshep45 I agree with the cookie cutter stuff everywhere and prefer ‘warmer’ looking spaces too. For me though, it is still way too full of ‘stuff’. It is good that we all like different things…. How boring if it we were all the same, just as you said. Thanks for the response!!
