- This was the first time Soundgarden performed Tighter and Tighter live. I apologize for any awkward movement. The security guy said I could not take video, but I did anyway. I figure we all deserve to see this song live. I did film the whole song, so enjoy.
SG has best voice, best bass, best drumm, best guitar and best songwriters
I was at this show in 2013. Amazing show and the Fillmore is amazing venue. A buddy and I drove all the way from Tennessee for it.
oh chris.
i attended this one.
it seems like we'll be digesting your premature exit for quite some time; the rest of my days for certain.
I'm glad everyone enjoyed this.
You did good. They were in rare form this night. Just had to come back and re live one of the best nights of my life. Drove down 96 in a snow storm for this one. I can't believe he's gone.
🙏✌
Hell i must be dreaming, this song is on the top of the heap of their catalogue in my opinion, and is the strongest most underrated Soundgarden tune of all.....this band was epitome of where i hoped bands like Sabbath and Zeppelin went after '75 when both seemed to self-destruct. i am glad they pulled this out of their catalog, and cross my fingers I get to seem them live again!!! best friggin band ever!!
Cray Morrison yeah bro... I agree with every single word you said... if this song was as great as it was 5 years ago when you commented, imagine nowadays with a new (sad & stronger) meaning. It’s not easy to sleep tight anymore...
Thanks much for uploading this, I too filmed this, but only on my iPhone way up in the balcony so the quality is no where near this
I was so fucking pumped they played this too, easily one of my favorite of them
So this song played live 3 hours ago in Milwaukee. Fuckin bad ass. Soundgarden's still got it.
One of my favourites! Amazing. Thank you!!!
So awesome. As others have said, this is such an under-rated classic. Easily my favourite track from 'Down.
Enjoyed is an understatement, you, my friend, are awesome for capturing this historical moment in time, and uploading it for all to see. Thanks doesn't even begin to cover it, man! \m/
I remember seeing them back in Munich in 96, between the breaks I screamed for "Tighter and Tighter" my screams (prayers) where not be answered. Glad they performing it now.
all i hope is this is a standard in their set from now on. what a TREAT for the guys there!!
Man that UA-cam anti-shake filter is bunk. Always looks weird. But thanks for the video. You are so respected for this from me.
My favorite. Miss him so much, just now able to listen/watch them again. Thank you sooo much.
Amazing.
Thank you very much. You rock!
this song is perfect
AWESOME
FUUUUUUUUUUCKKKKKKKKKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING AWEEEEEEEEESOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANKS FOR UPLOAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW... can't stop listening to it
Love it!
Yeah I kind of had to hide from security. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Man. They gave it their all in this one.
Thank you for posting! What a treat to be able to go back and look at this type of footage. Such a great song and I swoon over gorgeous Chris with that voice, backed up by that hypnotic, sexy bass line. What a song! HOT!!!!!
Yeah new album is solid.
SG best band ever
Thank you so much for sharing this! They played it in London two nights ago. One of those songs I didn't think I'd ever see them play live. Now I get to watch it on repeat! THANK YOU!!!
So happy I was there!
Did you get Bones of Birds?!?? I'm looking for it everywhere, but there aren't videos...
fucking awesome!
hell yea cray, I love this song...it has all the elements, just hearing the guitar gives me goose bumps, no kidding
GREAT song!!!
thank you - i may miss them in their home town. the new album is addictive and beautiful. go buy it if you're a true fan. you'll be happy with more than 3/4 of it even if you hate his solo/audioslave stuff.
Who hates his solo & Audioslave stuff?
This is phenomenal! Thanks!!!
Everything you said was spot on.
chills......thanks for sharing this!
HOLY SHIT is correct! This is my personal fave Soundgarden song, and so glad they're finally playing it live! They do need a little practice though, either way I hope they play it when they come to Colorado!
So, Chris Cornell was the lead guitarist and rhythm guitarist, and Kim was just a live performer.
Fucking insane!
what happened to his singing? but still love it..
Mr. Kenkoy •••lot of singing like no one else for 30+ years. :)
