when you have difficulties hiting calories just dump olive oil on your food like your pasta, and coconut sugar in juices or whatever. Those aren't the most nutritious foods but its not a problem when you eat as much as you do (you get your nutrients from the other thousnds food you eat). And don't worry about the coconut sugar spiking your insulin because it has extremely low GI. Don't force food into your stomach because if it gets used to it you are fucked. I used to do it and now I don't get satiated with anything. Keep it up bro!!

It'll take a week or two to fade away. Once it disappears, he should keep doing it for a few weeks more to make sure he killed all of it or it'll come back.

Why dont you try a vegan protein blend? It s very friendly to your stomach and also super healthy.Pea protein and brown rice protein is also very bioavailable David.
