That is a slight variation of the bulky knots. The bulky knot is the same, but you only go through one of the loops towards the frame.

If you do a single overhand, followed by a half hitch, you can have the end string nearer to the frame.

YULitle, I use an "upside-down" version of this knot, where the second loop goes BETWEEN the first loop and the frame, and then the tail goes DOWNWARDS through the two loops. This has the advantage of having the tail pointing into the frame and makes the knot a bit wider.
    Have you tried this? :)

Hi YUlite! Very nice instructional video, but I am wondering, can I apply this to badminton stringing?

YuLitle, when the starting knot tail is really close to a cross string, what's the best way to trim it? I have a starting knot at 10H and a cross really close at 11H. (Prince 03 Hybrid Shark MP). btw, your videos have been a HUGE help to me. Thanks!

This is the way I do it. The usrsa book indicates to go around to the right side and then through. But I have found this to not work well at all. Your thoughts?

that leaves the tail sticking in towards middle of racket-does not look good!

Is this a double half hitch?

Hi, is it possible/allowed to string a yonex in two pieces with a starting knot for the crosses?

dario lofino i do it on my yonex. I’m sure it depends on the frame.

That’s a good way to poke a hole in the ball on a mishit also
