But all tool dealers are business owners and not corporate employees, meaning that we (and all tool truck brands) depend on people who want to be successful business people to step up and take on the challenges of business ownership. In my 17 years, I've seen over 40 competitors come and go throughout my route area. This is not a easy business and we depend on the loyalty of our customers as well as support from our brand and in my 17 years, Mac has always been there for me and my customers.
