Highly likely that you had covid. It is presenting as a bad cold at the moment. My husband had it and was convinced it was just a bad cold, but was asked to test by an immuno compromised friend. He was astonished to get a positive result.

Hope your febetter soon! Have you tried Beckonase nasal spray, I find it really good for hayfever or just nasal congestion, I have it from the doctor but you 😊can get in chemist but sometimes home bargains do it ❤xx

Sorry to hear you haven’t been well. My granddaughter gets hay fever and she gets a yearly injection for this . When she was in University the gp down in Brighton gave her the injection and has had this ever since. You have the complexion that you could wear most colours. Lucky you . Tbh I like all of them on you as I cannot call any of them.
